Modern finishes with an old school feel.   Calibrated plates, power bars, specialty bars, full Ivanko dumbbell set, cable system, and more!  No filler or fluff, the gym space is purposely outfitted to cater to those who lift or learn how to lift! 

Membership:  We offer a limited number of "memberships".  Discounts given for Dexter Hayes residents, Amazon/Facebook/Google/Pemco Employees, and FINA of Seattle members.

Base Membership: $ 50 a month

Membership + Monthly Exercise Program: $75 a month

Open Hours: M-F: 7 AM- 8:30 PM  Sat: 8 AM - 4 PM  Sun: 8 AM- 2 PM


Personal Training/Coaching

Whether you're a competitive lifter/athlete or just trying to get into shape, Platform Ready works with a wide range of clientele.  The process is simple: determine outcome goal, establish a plan of action, take action.  

Recent Client Successes:
1) Powerlifting: Best Overall Female Lifter in first meet @ 148 lbs body weight- June 2017

2) Composition: From September 2016 to July 2017 client has went from 271 lbs to 215 lbs (56 lbs)

3) Sports Training: Men's Soccer D-1 commitment

Classes and Seminars

Barbell 101: Learn how to correctly utilize a barbell into your workouts.  This will range from learning how to squat, bench, deadlift, clean & jerk, snatch, and all the barbell accessories movements.  Each week we'll focus on a new movement and handful of variations and accessories.  See our "schedule" to sign up (limited to 4 participants per class).
